Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our presence in the Delhi NCR market, fostering strong relationships with travel partners, corporates, and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to travel partners and corporate clients to cultivate positive relationships and enhance brand visibility.
  • Actively generate inquiries for FIT (Free Independent Traveler), Corporates, and Wedding segments through effective networking and relationship-building efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in Field Visits to Travel Partners and Corporates in Delhi NCR market, representing The Solluna Resort with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Follow up diligently on inquiries received via email, phone calls, or direct interactions, ensuring timely responses and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to the Delhi NCR market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Outstation travel to different cities representing & promoting The Solluna in the travel trade
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree. Post graduation in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in sales & Marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with Delhi NCR market dynamics and existing networks within the travel and corporate sectors is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated street-smartness and strategic thinking to navigate the competitive market landscape effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for professional growth and development.
