Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing relationships with OTA’s to generate good revenue.
  • Forecasting revenue streams
  • Resolving any problems that arise during the online booking process, such as incorrect pricing or cancelled reservations.
  • Communicating with guests to ensure a positive experience during online booking.
  • Ensuring that all the financial transactions are processed accurately according to organization policy.
  • Managing the Resort online presence in all OTA platforms such as MMT, Goibibo, Agoda,, Airbnb, Yatra etc.
  • Coordinating promotional activities with all OTA platforms
  • Researching travel trends and booking trends to identify opportunities to increase sales of certain products or services
  • Making sure that all travel arrangements are confirmed such as safari booking and other experiences
  • Communicating with guests for required documentation for safari bookings
  • Communicating with travel suppliers such as transporters and local safari vendors to ensure that reservations are being processed correctly
  • Responsible for maintaining Guest/Travel Agent Data in the system.
  • Ensure special handling of repeated and VIP guests.
  • Review no-show and cancelled reservations considering resort’s policy
  • Coordination with the Front Office whenever the resort's availability status changes offline.
  • In general, perform any other duty if requested by the Resort / Delhi Head Office

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills to liaise with BD Managers and guests.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook is must)
  • Strong work ethics and sense of commitment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Driven & Result orientation
  • Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational week Off)
