TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The above inclusions are available on “NATURE TRAILS PACKAGE” only
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing offer
• Package valid for 02 adults & 02 kids up-to 07 years in sharing cottage
• All transfers in package are Resort to Resort
• Maximum capacity of a cottage of upto 03 adults with 01 kids below 07 years
• Extra person with mattress (08 to 11 years) will be 25% of package & 12 years above will be 35% of package respectively
• Safari is subject to minimum 45 days advance booking. Govt approved photo Id's of all travellers are required before hand for safari booking. Alteration in permit is not possible
• All safari's will be on shared basis only subject to advance booking.
• Safari is subject to availability on first come first serve basis. In case of non availabbility of regular gates, Corbett Landscape Sitabani Forest Range shall be opted for

Force Majeure

Property shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of the agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, death, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event thus classified. (Force majeure is defined as any event or condition, not existing as of the date of signature of the contract, not reasonably foreseeable as of such date and not reasonably within the control of either party, which prevents, in whole or in significant part, the performance by one of the parties of its contractual obligations, or which renders the performance of such obligations so difficult or costly as to make such performance commercially unreasonable.) In case of any matter or issues arising hereunder, shall be subjected to solution arising of mutual consent & agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation 30 days prior to check in will be treated with complete refund. Any cancellation within 30 days of check in will be treated with credit voucher against the paid advances, valid upto 06 months from date of issue of voucher. In case of cancellation within 48 hours or No show, the guest/agents will be liable to pay the full amount as per the booking plan. No refunds for unused nights. No refunds in full or part for any service hindered due to technical or other reasons beyond control.
