Job description
  • Answers and screens telephone calls, maintains log of all inquiries received.
  • Maintain guest and Travel Agent data for competitive analysis and deriving relevant reports
  • Responsible for managing online rates, promotions and rate parity with all OTA's
  • Responding emails promptly from desk, on move or at home as and when required on priority
  • Manage database on daily basis for future references and follow ups
  • Maintaining daily sales report
  • Follow up sales enquiries on daily basis
  • Coordinate with unit for reservation charts, vouchers & all other queries if any to maintain transparent communication
  • Performs administrative and secretarial duties for executive management
  • Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution (Preferably tourism & hospitality)
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to comprehend and draft mails to analysis relevant data
  • Proficient in computers specially with outlook, MS Office and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone etiquette
  • Time Management
  • Pleasant personality and matured disposition.
  • Versatile in performing multi tasks
